Workshop Series - Arts For Wellbeing Group

Cultivating Creative Intuition

8 x Sessions Monday Fortnightly |$30 (one off session) or $20 if coming to more than 1 session

Cultivating Creative Intuition
Designed to gently reconnect YOU with your innate creativity, inner wisdom, and felt sense.

An 8-week Creative Arts for Wellbeing Group, designed and facilitated by Ashley Church (Emergent Creative Arts Therapist, in final year of Masters training, working towards registration).

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your creativity, stuck and craving more creative space in your life, or perhaps have always known you’re creative but haven’t had the space to explore it, or maybe you’re living creativity and wanting to deepen your relationship even further…

Cultivating Creative Intuition is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your creative self as a way of listening inwardly. Through intuitive art-making, connecting to our felt sense, and compassionate curiosity, we gently explore what it means to trust ourselves creatively.

It’s heartbreaking how often I hear “Oh I'm not creative, or I’m not an artist”. If you’re thinking this, then this group is for you… Ash believes we are all inherently creative, yet in the pace and pressures of life we can lose touch with this innate way of knowing and expressing. This group offers a supportive space to reconnect with creativity beyond outcome, perfectionism, performance, or “getting it right.”

Together we’ll reconnect with:
Session 1 - Awakening Creative Intuition
Session 2 - Listening Inward
Session 3 - The Creative Child
Session 4 - Softening to Our Critical Voice
Session 5 - Self-Compassion & Care
Session 6 - Symbols, Self-Trust & Intuition
Session 7 - Creativity & Emotions
Session 8 - Integration & Reflection, Regeneration

Held through the winter season, this is a space to soften, generate warmth, reflect, create, and connect alongside other creative souls.

You are welcome to attend a single session that resonates with you, or join the full 8-week journey as each session gently builds upon the last.

What is Creative Arts Therapy?
Creative Arts Therapy uses creative processes and a wide range of modalities to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences, especially when words are hard to find. Creativity can help us slow down, support emotional regulation, and reconnect with ourselves, shifting us out of overthinking and into more embodied, imaginative, and intuitive ways of being. Everything is invitational, no art experience is needed, there is no right or wrong way to create, and the focus is on process, curiosity, and self-expression in a supportive, non-judgemental space.

Designed & Facilitated by:
