Join our fabulous yoga class for health and well-being. Millie takes the floor teaching Vinyasa Yoga and TRE. It’s all easy, relaxing and fun.

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. This helps us create tension in the muscles, bringing forth the tremor response.

TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) uses simple yoga exercises to induce tremors in the body, releasing stored tension and stress for relaxation and well-being.
