Sound Experiences
A sound experience is an invitation to be still.
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, achieve more and think more, sound offers something different. It offers permission to simply pause.
As the crystal singing bowls fill the space with gentle vibration, many people experience deep relaxation, clarity, emotional release or a renewed sense of connection. Every session is different because every person brings their own intention, energy and individuality.
There is nothing you need to "do" during a session. Simply relax, breathe and allow the sound to support whatever your mind, body and spirit need in that moment.
I work intuitively, weaving together sound, vibration and stillness to create a unique experience for each person or group. My role is to hold space with compassion and presence while allowing the sound to unfold naturally.

A personalised one-on-one session where the focus is entirely on you. Together we create space to explore your intention through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls.Group Sound Experience
A shared sound bath where the collective energy of the group creates a beautiful atmosphere for rest, relaxation and connection. A group shared intention can create an atmosphere of power and purpose.Collaborative Sound Experiences
I love working alongside other heart-centred practitioners including Reiki practitioners, meditation facilitators, yoga teachers, mediums, constellation facilitators and others. These collaborative experiences bring together complementary modalities to create something truly amazing.

My Story
I am an Intuitive Sound Practitioner with a passion for creating spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and ponder.
Life has a way of taking us on unexpected journeys. Mine began through personal challenges while searching for wellness for my son. Coming from a background in IT, I never imagined I'd find myself immersed in Reiki, energy work and eventually the beautiful world of crystal singing bowls.
Reiki became the foundation of my practice, and when I first heard crystal singing bowls, I knew I had to have some. I've been working with my bowls since 2012, and over the years they have become more than instruments—they are trusted companions in the work I do. They are an extension of me.
Every sound experience is unique. I don't follow a script or perform a routine. I work intuitively, allowing the sound, vibration and your intention to guide each session. I hold a safe, supportive space where your own wisdom and healing can unfold in the way that's right for you.
When working one-on-one, sharing a group sound bath, or collaborating with other practitioners, my intention is always the same: to create a peaceful experience where you can slow, and reconnect with yourself.
