This is the first in a series of Herbal Medicine Making Workshops

Aimed toward growing your herbal medicine supply, building your knowledge and confidence, and reconnecting you to your plant allies. In this workshop we will work with three plants - Mullein, Olive Leaf, and Elderberry - which are powerful remedies for lung, respiratory and immune system health.

You will be provided information on each plant, how to grow, harvest, and administer them, plus understand their contraindications.

You will learn to prepare and take home tinctures from each of these beautiful plants. Plant and medicine making material is provided.

Please bring paper and a pen for your own notes as there will be lots of valuable information shared on the day.
