I am passionate about supporting clients to identify hidden allergies and imbalances, empowering them to achieve better health naturally and live fuller, healthier lives.
Services
Allergy Clearing is a non-invasive, drug-free, natural solution to alleviate allergies and sensitivities, using a combination of muscle testing and acupressure points. This resets the body and brings it back into balance for that allergen, alleviating the symptoms.
A first consultation takes up to 1.5 hours and involves muscle testing for core vitamins and minerals, various food groups, and environmental allergens. The highest priority allergen is then treated.
Follow-up appointments take approximately 45–60 minutes, and one allergen is cleared at a time.
I can help with clearing food and environmental allergies, viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungus and candida, emotional allergies, EMF frequencies, heavy metals, vaccines, toxins, pesticides, and many other allergens that cause disruptions to the body's energy flow.
Over the last 5–6 years, I have helped people with clearing COVID viruses, spike proteins, long COVID, and adverse reactions to the COVID vaccines, bringing the body back into balance for those who have had reactions to these.

My Story
I worked as a Teacher Aide for 15 years at the local primary school when my children first started there. I worked with many children with different learning needs. I was intrigued by how food and environmental allergies impacted their behaviour and learning.
My journey into Holistic Health began 17 years ago when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Determined to find answers beyond managing symptoms, I embarked on my own healing journey. I tried many different modalities with some success, but then discovered that underlying allergies and sensitivities were playing a significant role not only in my RA but also in many other health challenges. So, I started learning how to clear these and reset and rebalance my body for these allergens.
Inspired by the profound impact this had on my life, I started my own Holistic Allergy Practice 13 years ago, working part-time initially to help others uncover the root causes of their health concerns.
My life has changed dramatically, and while I'm still on my healing journey, I have learned so much. I am very grateful to be able to do what I do, and I have met many amazing people on my journey.

I first got “”sick”” in my late 20’s, hormone and digestive issues were my main symptoms. I took myself off gluten (we are talking 20 years ago, when gluten free wasn’t so popular) Although I improved somewhat, I knew I still wasn’t well.
