Beyond the Veil Weekend

RETREAT SCHEDULE

To receive the full benefit of the retreat, participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. Arriving late or missing key components may reduce the overall experience and continuity of the weekend.

FRIDAY 24 APRIL — ARRIVAL & OPENING

5:30 pm — Arrival & Welcome

  • Settle in, meet fellow participants

  • Cheese, dips, nibbles, and refreshments available

6:30 pm — Dinner

7:30 pm — Opening Circle with Nancy/Tania

  • Oracle cards and journaling

  • Setting personal intentions for the weekend

9:00 pm — Grounding Meditation

  • Gentle guided session to relax the body and settle the mind

9:30 pm — Close for the Evening

  • Return home/rest for the night

SATURDAY 25 APRIL — CREATIVE & WELLNESS DAY

7:30 am — Gentle Morning Options

  • Walk around the property

  • Relaxation time: sauna, shower or plunge or quiet conversation

8:30 am — Breakfast

9:45 am — Art Workshop (2 hours)

  • Studio session with Deborah Harris

12:30 pm — Lunch

2:00 pm — Free Time & Optional Activities

  • Relaxation: swim, sauna, walk, journaling, quiet time

  • Individual therapy sessions - choose from the following options:

    • Angelic Reiki - Tania Smith

    • Reflexology - Yossarian Fay

    • Flower Essence Consultation or Craniosacral - Rose McKenzie

    •Mind Coaching - Nancy Barclay

    Extra sessions can be booked for an extra $100

  • Cheese platters, nibbles, and refreshments available

6:00 pm — Personal Time

  • Prepare for dinner

6:30 pm — Dinner

7:30 pm — Evening Presentation

  • Blair Styra with Tabaash — one-hour session

  • Journaling and reflection - Nancy

9:30 pm — Close for the Evening

  • Return home/rest

SUNDAY 26 APRIL — INTEGRATION & CLOSING

7:30 am — Gentle Morning Options

  • Walk around the property

  • Relaxation: sauna, shower, plunge, or quiet conversation

8:30 am — Breakfast

9:45 am — Art Workshop (2 hours)

  • Studio session with Deborah Harris

12:30 pm — Lunch

2:00 pm — NLP Session with Nancy

  • Afternoon tea included: Platter: fruit, nibbles, refreshments

5:00 pm — Closing Circle

  • Final exercise, reflections, and group wrap-up

  • Pack up belongings

5:30 pm — Departure

  • All participants depart

WHAT TO BRING

To help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and prepared for all activities across the weekend, please bring the following items. The property includes outdoor areas with uneven terrain, and weather conditions may vary, so layered and practical clothing is recommended.

CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR

• Comfortable casual clothing for relaxing, art sessions, and group activities

• Warm layers — it may feel cool when sitting for long periods

• Waterproof jacket or raincoat (if rain is forecast)

• Sneakers suitable for uneven or rough terrain

• Spare socks (if weather is wet)

• Indoor footwear (slippers or comfortable indoor shoes) for warmth and comfort

OUTDOOR & WELLNESS ITEMS

• Swimwear and towel (if you wish to use sauna, plunge, or water activities)

• Personal toiletries

• Sunscreen and hat (weather dependent)

• Water bottle

PERSONAL COMFORT

• Cushion or personal blanket if you prefer extra comfort during sessions

• Any personal items that help you relax (e.g., eye pillow, favourite wrap)

OPTIONAL ITEMS

• Camera or phone for photos

• Reading material for quiet time

• Small bag or backpack for carrying items around the property

PROVIDED FOR YOU:

We will supply the following for your comfort and use during the retreat:

• Yoga mats

• Extra blankets in living spaces

• Journals

• Towels
